Indang is one of town of the province of Cavite which is now known as the coffee capital of the Philippines togeteher with eight (8) coffee-producing towns all situated in the Third District or the up-land areas namely; Amadeo, Silang, Tagaytay City, Mendez, Alfonso, Maragondon, Magallanes and General Emilio Aguinaldo. The Liberica, Robusta & Excelsa coffee varieties are the most commonly grown in these towns.
